Pearl Apartments

I lived in this apartment for two years and would not recommend it. Management has very high turnover and is extremely unresponsive/unhelpful. Maintenance is the only part of the company that consistently follows through, but even then, many issues were never properly resolved. The air conditioning never worked reliably, and the washers and dryers were constantly out of order for long periods of time. I also experienced ongoing problems with mice that were never fully addressed. During my time there, I had a neighbor who repeatedly harassed me, and despite multiple reports and video evidence, the property failed to take appropriate action to make the space feel safe. Do not rent here, maintenance and management issues abound. 1) They weren't clear about utility pricing, while they said that water was included, what they didnt mention was the ~$45/mo city sewer charge. 2) On site laundry was taken away while I was there leaving me going to a laundromat for the duration of my lease. 3) Pest control. How a 3rd floor apartment had both ants and mice I couldn't say, but it did. 4) Parking. Spots were double assigned when I moved in and it was quite a hassle to get that sorted out. 5) Storage lockers were also double assigned and property management was unable to resolve it. Do not rent here unless you are willing to put up with a lot! I wish I hadn't moved in here, so I want to warn any other potential residents. Pros: Maintenance guys are awesome. They are so quick and so nice and get everything taken care of! Cons: This was the dirtiest apartment I had ever moved into, the floors and counters were so dirty and there were fake eyelashes on the floor and splattered toothpaste on the cabinet door, which shows how much they didn't bother to clean. Multiple things were broken/not working when I moved in such as the bathtub not draining at all and the floorboard heaters were literally falling off of the wall.
