People should understand that this is a government funded apartment complex. They DO require a lot of documentation, it does take a while, especially with it being a brand new development and have 1 property manager, and hundreds of new applicants, so you cannot be impatient, your application also has to go to another compliance department for approval but it was very much worth it. I have a very spacious 3 bedroom and I love it, maintenance is always right on time, consistent pest control and its affordable.

Yanique and Karen are the Bestest!! Knowledgeable, Informative, Professional, Attentive and Great Listeners!! Very thorough in their sincere efforts to aid and assist potential residents with the application process resulting in a positive personalized experience with the stressful task of relocating to a new home community! :-)

I can't express enough how Karen and Yanique have been a big help to me with assisting with the application and move-in process. The community and the property is beyond amazing I can't wait to move in with my two sons. At a stressful time for me trying to find a place for me and my sons they have been nothing less than super nice & helpful.

O stars. I filled out my application paid my holding deposit fee, & was not approved due to me “making too much”. I reached out to Yanique Smith on September 17th, 2025 regarding my refund for my holding deposit. I was told a check would be mailed to me. It is now October 15th going on 1 month since I reached out, yet I still haven’t received my refund. I went up to the complex on October 14th, & was told my name was not even on the list to be receiving a refund, & they will follow up with me which I haven’t heard anything. I have emailed, & left several voicemails with no response. This is unprofessional, & an inconvenience being that I am in the process of relocating.

I’ve been inquiring about the complex for a month and no one has returned my phone calls or email. It seems to be a nice area but I like to have conversations before moving forward. I would recommend for that reason.
