Peaks at Meadow Ridge

Hi! I moved into Peaks at Meadow Ridge January 13, 2026. Unfortunately I have had problems with my entryway closet door. A nice man came and tightened the bifold door after it fell on me. It has now come loose again and just missed falling on me again. I absent my last maintenance request a few days ago and placed it as high priority but haven’t heard anything yet. I also have a broken kitchen blind which I have submitted a maintenance request for more than a week ago. I understand new managers are needed?? Can someone let me know why service is so slow? I am a very clean person, my apartment is spotless. I, however, pick up garbage outside every time I head to the dumpster.

I’ve noticed such a big difference at Peaks at Meadow Ridge since the new management team took over! The staff is friendly, responsive, and genuinely cares about residents. The community feels so much more organized and welcoming now. They’ve made great upgrades to the property — new amenities, cleaner common areas, and beautiful landscaping. The dog park and pool area look amazing, and maintenance requests are handled quickly and professionally. Joseph the Supervisor is awesome! It’s clear that management is focused on creating a positive living experience for everyone. I’m really happy with the changes and excited to see how the community continues to improve. Can't seem to keep a manager longer than a month and no one returns calls or emails. Edit I have reached out via email and call... Maybe responding to that would be the best course of action instead of telling me to do the thing I have been doing with no response. Also maybe communicating that you changed your email would be good as well.

Had a lovely tour of the property. It’s so quiet and clean. The maintenance staff was super friendly and helpful as well explaining everything. His name was Joseph and he seemed like he does a great job around the property. Jason was very helpful and took his time answering questions. The units are cozy and spacious and we love the location.

This place is incredibly shady. For some reason they've changed their location on maps and cleared all the information we had provided while we were tenants. The management that was in place when I lived there ended up stealing my cleaning deposit(I left the place cleaner than when we moved in) because I reported them for refusing to do repairs, and we were constructively evicted because of their neglect and refusal to fix the stairs and balconies. The company that owns this property claims they're from Boise Idaho, but they're really from California, and good luck finding out how to contact their higher ups, the ladies in the office will refuse to provide it, even tho Washington law requires it to be posted.
