Peaks at Ellis View

I toured a unit place was clean and looked newly renovated. I was however denied since I made 100$ less than the income limit but that's mainly housing in America I guess.

Peaks at Ellis View is a super cute and conveniently located complex for students/student athletes. The remodeled units are perfect. Most everything is up to date. One downfall is that the European style washer/dryer combo in the unit is not reliable if you’re a student athlete. On the quick cycle it takes 2 hours to wash and 2 + to dry (4 total hours). The washer/dryer can realistically only fit and clean 2 days worth of running clothes at a time. So I just do my laundry at my boyfriends to save time and energy. As for the other remodeling/updates, it’s added a lot to the rent. As a college student, paying $150 more each month ($300 total for the whole unit) compared to when the complex was owned by the original family, it’s a hard pill to swallow. Perfect and convenient location right next to campus, Town and Country grocery store, restaurants and bars including Bridger Brewing and Spectators bar, and it’s very close to downtown. They also recently transitioned to new management and they are very kind and have made a lot of new changes to the property that make this a great place to live. Highly recommend!

The location of this property is soooo convenient. It's within walking distance of the football stadium, town and country, and spectators (plus Granny's donuts). If you are a student this would be an ideal spot to live and avoid paying for parking at MSU. I think quite a few of these older reviews were probably accurate for the time but there is new management not and I am really impressed with the work they are doing to improve everything.

I have been a tenant here for 3 years now. Since the ownership turnover I have noticed huge improvements with the day to day as well as the long term management of the property. Our property manager Nicole is prompt and clear with her responses to any requests. Admittedly we have far fewer requests as she seems to anticipate and proactively address issues before they become problems.
