This has been the worst property management experience I have ever had. When I moved in, the home was extremely dirty — not just in need of a standard cleaning. The wood floors were asphalt-black, and it took four full scrubbing and mopping sessions before the water finally ran clear. Although this property is advertised as pet-free, it was obvious that the previous tenants had pets. I found piles of pet hair swept into corners and was able to sweep up large amounts myself. Additionally, the master closet has a strong odor of pet urine. After raising these concerns at move-in, we were informed that the property had been professionally cleaned a couple of weeks prior. Based on the condition of the home upon arrival, that statement does not appear to be accurate. The level of dirt and build

I’ve been a tenant at 1515 24th St. for over five years. After the original landlord passed away and the property was handed over to this management company, the quality of management declined significantly. Communication has been extremely unprofessional. I’ve experienced multiple instances where I’ve called the front desk with simple questions and been repeatedly hung up on, going back and forth for nearly 30 minutes just trying to get a basic response. That kind of behavior is unacceptable from a company responsible for managing people’s homes. Maintenance concerns have not been handled with appropriate urgency, and there appears to be little accountability or genuine concern for tenants. I could not agree more with the other reviews that this rental company has. As the other reviews also wrote I was completely shocked by the amount of lacked effort these people have. They have been so unprofessional and unhelpful for the last few years. I’ve rented with them before and I was applying for another house again through them. (Big mistake) I submitted my application and I was the first one on this property. After them reaching out saying I needed more information to be provided I would immediately send them the information they were requesting. I would hear nothing back from them and then a few days later I get an email saying my application was put on hold. Meaning I’ve lost my spot in line and sure enough another application went through on the house and went above mine. I th

I have never really left in your reviews before. I know it’s tacky to say that, But in this instance, I cannot help myself. I had the worst experience applying to this company’s rental properties. It starts with a very rigorous background check they want all of your bank information they want information that isn’t necessary. The lady was very rude to my disabled veteran brother who was applying with me. They were not clear at all on what it is. They wanted very contradicting. Whenever we thought something was sent incorrectly. Somebody would tell us one thing another would email us another. We also were cheated out of our application fee. It says that we had 72 hours to send in information if they needed it. We were not given 72 hours and whoever the manager is did not do any due dilig
