I had an excellent experience with Adele from the Peaks Property Management maintenance team. Adele was quick to respond to my maintenance repair needed at my property. They were informative with me step-by-step in the process, which is what I like I don’t like the second-guess or question anything they did not leave room for me to question anything as they communicated very well.

We worked with Peak for 2 years as property owners and they have been fantastic to work with. Their internal systems and team make it basically effortless as a property owner. We would definitely work with them again. Great tenants, great service. Highly recommend!

From the initial contact with the leasing team, to the follow-up texts to confirm my appointment, then actually meeting Brandy to tour the property, I am highly satisfied. Typically, larger leasing companies are robotic and not personable. But, Peak has been thorough, and Brandy is an excellent representation of their morale and overall company reputation. Kelvin, Thomas and the entire team were great! Very easy to work with and they made the process seamlessly and easy. He did a great job and was very professional.
