Peak Property Management has unfortunately been a clear example of how not to run a property management company. They have not only failed tenants but also misled homeowners who trust them with their investments. I care deeply about my property, but the current management has shown little concern beyond collecting their management fees. I’ve been left without heat for several weeks during the coldest months of December and January, despite multiple requests for assistance. To keep my home and pipes from freezing, I was forced to rely solely on electric heaters—raising my average utility bill from around $45 to over $365. If you’re looking to get bent over and taken by this shady company, do so at your own risk. My mother had a rental house here in Bozeman that was managed by peak for a few years. They ended up renting it out to a bunch of frat brats from msu. Not once did they do a walkthrough of the place in the 2.5 years they were managing it. Because of their blatant disregard for my mother’s place, by peak and the msu brats, she ended up terminating them and having to deal with massive amounts of damage to her place. Attempting to contact someone in the HOA department with Peak property management is genuinely like pulling teeth. They never answer emails or phone calls. I go to voicemail every time. My monthly dues have slowly built up over three or four months because payments aren't being reflected on my account. And yet, they still do not answer me. Really unprofessional.

I am reaching out in regard to your recent work orders. We have decided to hold you both responsible for the electrical issues that were occurring in the garage. Our maintenance technician could not locate the GFCI outlet due to the number of items in the garage. We hired an electrical company expecting them to install a GFCI outlet. The worst leasing company in Bozeman $3,200 rent and they do not want to pay for repairs.

I can't believe some of the negative reviews of this place and Peak Management. I've lived in the Greentree Apartments for over four years and it has been fantastic. I hate to leave but have to relocate to another state for work, otherwise I'd stay. The apartments are older but have great layout and perfect location. Anything you'd need is fifteen minutes away or less. Students walk to MSU from here. My 1000 sq. ft., 2 bedroom at the best price in town is a steal, feels like 1500 sq. ft. We have our own parking lots which are well maintained in winter so we're never snowed in by plows. Big mature trees populate the grounds.
