Peak Living does not care about the residents in their Properties. They hire inadequate People that do not know how to communicate or how to do their jobs! Shelby Arnold is the perfect example!! In a Senior Living facility in Ohio he has removed chairs in the lobby area for 80 to 90 year old residents to sit and wait for rides to Doctors appointments, going to Church with Family and to the Store. They have so many problems at this facility that should be addressed before removing a couple chairs in the two side lobbies because he claims it was a trip hazard. Those chairs have been there for 10 years and very much needed for the residents. He also threw away wheel chairs and walkers that residents use for PT after Hospital stays and rehab. They have a serious Bug Problem in this facility an

Horrible. My place had a water leak under the upstairs sink on the Thursday before Thanksgiving. I reported it immediately and was told maintenance would be there as soon as they finished their current job. The leak continued through the weekend, Thanksgiving week (My family came for Thanksgiving and the kitchen ceiling fell. The water damaged the upstairs floor, walls, the kitchen, bathroom and parts of the living room as Noone came to address the leak until the Monday afternoon after Thanksgiving. The water had been leaking nearly two weeks. They had someone partially fix the ceiling about a month after that, but the job was never finished when I moved out at the end of my lease. After this, the electricity became a problem. I heard some buzzing noise in the circuit breaker b

I would not recommend Lakeside Townhomes to anyone. My entire experience here has been nothing but stress and constant problems. When I first moved in, the previous leasing agents lied and told me that my housing authority was causing delays. The truth was that another tenant was still living in my unit, which forced me to stay in a hotel for almost a month with no reimbursement or apology. When I finally moved in, the unit was already in terrible condition. Several of the windows were broken and covered in black mold. There are roaches, peeling ceilings, damaged drywall, and most of the outlets don’t work. My stove went out and took three days to fix, and during that time the maintenance worker managed to knock out half of the lighting in my home. Every time my son showers, you can smell

The worse and most trifling rental company I have the displeasure to deal with. I recently have to move from their property StoneTree apartments here in GA due to theft. Despite the rampant crime on property and overrall lack of security measures. I still being charged with 2 month's rent along with the termination fee. This company clearly does not care about the residents at their properties. When I reach out via email in regards to the situation. I was basically told "oh well theres nothing we can do". The lack of morality is sad overall. Please avoid any PeakLiving properties by any means

I have been a resident at a property managed by peak living since April of 2023. Since that time I have been subjected to constant harassment and discrimination by the staff including David, Carlos, Lupe, Ana and Angela. David has told me to “go take your meds” on an occasion and Carlos yelled “weirdo” while I was taking out my garbage I feel so unsafe here I have changed my locks to prevent David from entering my apartment while I’m not home as I have witnessed him doing to other tenants. USPS and the San Filipe staff have been stealing my mail for the past year and a half and the staff has twice put vacant signs inside my mailbox even though I have a current lease. Mail from social security, Medicare, blue cross blue shield of New Mexico, pnc bank, Pnm, xfinity, housing authority of New
