Great customer service!!!! And most important a great manger that cares of the residents and does her best !!! And let me not forget Mrs.Christine she’s a doll !!!

The girls at the office are so nice and sweet specially heather the manger she walked me through the whole process with patience and kindness 10 out of 10 !!!

The manger Mrs.Lombardi is probably the nicest and most professional manger out here! Compared to other company's. She was nothing but kind and helped me out when there was a problem. She is far from racists coming from a black man. These apartments might not be in the best stage but you get your moneys worth. They are clean when you move in. Also the maintenance guys are respectful and do their job.

I have been living here for almost two years and I love it. The property manager and her co workers are the sweetest people and help out as much as they can whenever you need it. They are 100% trustworthy and understanding. The only thing I wish peacock run would do is update their apartments models. For an example, the kitchen counter needs to be stainless lol besides that I love the place and everyone keeps to themselves :) no rude neighbors or kids

Where I was at (building wise) it was very quiet. The occasional loud kids here and there but they were outside playing and sound echos. Mild road noise, couldn't hear people telling through walls or sliding doors typical situation. Most renters kinda keep to themselves or are decently friendly. Overall not a bad place. I would highly recommend getting your own pest control, a new company comes in now and the odor of the chemicals is overwhelming, killed one of my pets so just be aware.
