We are very pleased with Peacock Management. They recently guided us through a $1.4 million dollar renovation of all our buildings. The task was Herculean , and Peacock - Cameron and his team- came through with flying colors. The project was a difficult and complex. Peacock was able to support us from planning, to financial advice to final inspection. We highly recommend them for their skills on project management.
Our condominium association has been very pleased with Peacock Properties as our managing company. The quick response time to emails or phone calls is especially appreciated. Our manager is really good at getting back to us with answers or, if necessary, connecting us with others at Peacock who can best handle particular problems. At this time of year when a new budget has to be created for the upcoming fiscal year and preparations for a yearly meeting have to be set up, Peacock’s efficiency is particularly necessary and they have not disappointed us in that regard.
The Peacock properties team has been super responsive and has worked really well with our current board of trustees. Together we were able to have a successful year in 2025 and look forward to achieving even more together in 2026!
