This huge complex is 2 blocks from my house. I live in the Ellora Vista subdivision which is between a middle school and elementary school. Traffic at Jornada and Peachtree Hills will be horrific. Plus the NW corner is for sale as a commercial site. Las Cruces could not get any more stupid. We can't sell as home prices have dropped drastically due to this cities incompetent city council. Have not heard anything about traffic control.
I think that this can be great for this area of the community. Very much needed affordable apartments.
I just did 5 stars to counter the person who left 1 start because obviously they didn’t see the construction. This is an all new complex being built from scratch.
There are no apartments. This is an intersection in the middle of the desert.
