PeachBrook Apartments

As tenants who moved in while we were both going to school and working it has been a dream to live here. The new apartment manager is kind and attentive but really cares for the complex. They are always ready to help. They have been a blessing to this complex and they have helped us manage our stress by a lot. They always keep the complex clean and in shape. We hope to have our apartment manager here for a long time.

I’ve really enjoyed living here. The manager is super attentive and always quick to help with anything that comes up. It’s nice knowing there’s someone reliable and friendly running things. The maintenance team is also awesome — they respond fast and always fix things properly the first time. It makes a huge difference not having to chase anyone down or wait forever. Overall, it feels like the property is well cared for, and I feel comfortable and supported living here. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a stress-free place to call home!

Way too many speed bumps way too many speed bumps there's a speed bump every 5 ft what is this place i don't know how I can anybody can live here you have to drive like a snail that's unbelievable why would you and put these speed bumps on them. Honestly these people spent way too much money and speed bumps and they should have spent more money and making the rent not too high or better buildings .

Terrible management! Lived here for a year and never received a copy of our lease or mailbox or laundry room keys and had a terrible rat problem that management was very slow to handle not to mention how disgusting the laundry room was. We moved out in july and still have not received our deposit back or any kind of invoice and when we asked for owners contact information to let them know how terrible management is we were told they couldnt give us the number or have the owner call us. Dont recommend these apartments at all.

moved here a year ago. manager is very reasonable, property is always clean. whenever front gates break they always fix ASAP. spacious apartment and nice size patio upstairs. im loving it so far. rose is manager, i love her
