Peace of Mind Woodstock

Robyn is absolutely wonderful. Find it shocking to hear otherwise. One of the kindest, easy going women I have met. Respectful, professional, and extremely hard working. She is more than accommodating and will do everything she can to truly bring "peace of mind" when it comes to your home being cared for.

Peace Of Mind Woodstock has been taking care of our house when we're away for over 10 years, and they've saved us from disaster more than once when something major has gone wrong. Peace Of Mind is a reliable company, and the owners are very pleasant. Robyn specifically takes care of our house most often, and she is very knowledgeable about houses. We've learned a lot about our own house as a result of working with her! We're always very confident about leaving the care of our home to Peace Of Mind.

Personally, I found Robin (at Peace of Mind Woodstock) to be pretty uptight, officious, unprofessional, and uncooperative. I hired Robin one winter to check on my house, while I was out of town on a family emergency. She had me fill out forms and contracts ad infinitum before leaving. I had to board my two pets, because she flatly refused to feed them. She notified me about a small leak in a pipe while I was visiting a family member in ICU. She was pretty alarmist and uptight about it. When I asked her to quickly resolve the issue by simply turning a small valve in my boiler room, to turn off the water to the house, she complained. She couldn't follow simple instructions that were written out, to turn off the water to the house, so I had to hire a plumber to come in to do it, because she w

we were looking at three properties they manage and post on AirBNB and VRBO. Responses to our inquiries were not timely or clear, often confusing the properties. I wonder if the home owners realize they lost rentals due to her handling

I would be a nervous wreck without them.
