Peace of Mind has helped me out of multiple emergencies in the past, and they have helped quickly and at a reasonable price. Most recently- not an emergency this time- they installed 2 large chandeliers at our cabin and their attention to detail and professionalism was a 10! The chandeliers are quite high up and large but Dexter and Mike had no problem tackling the project. Savannah, the coordinator, was awesome to work with as well. This company is so nice to work with and I have always had a great experience!!

Very disappointed!!! Called to let them know I left my special goose down pillow (had for 40 years from my grandma). Asked if they could mail to me... Instead of going to look for it or giving housekeeping a heads up, they said they would put it in the owners closet. Well , we came up two weeks later to fetch it and it WAS NOT THERE! WHAT HAPPENED? WHAT A TERRIBLE BREAKDOWN IN COMMUNICATION! I can never replace an item so sentimental...so disappointed in how they handled the situation as company.

We have been working with LaDonna and the Peace of Mind property management company since January 2019 and have had a wonderful experience working with her. She understands the market, helped us to set up our property for rental, and has been an invaluable resource for us. She has made great vendor recommendations from pest control to electrical and plumbing, and was incredibly helpful getting us set up with a team to help power wash and repaint our deck. LaDonna has been such a joy to work with - her suggestions are on point, reasonable and well thought out. She clearly has lots of experience. I arrived at our townhome at 3, turned the water on and discovered a leak. Peace of mind was able to send someone out immediately and the leak was found and fixed by 4:30. I’m super impressed!
