Place and management is terrible. The amount of violations and basic human rights that are violated by this company is outrageous. Someone died 2 weeks ago at The Fairhaven Village and it took management over 2 weeks to realize that the person perished. Lauri Aguir, Robin Joubert & Amanda Paredes Need to be fired. They do nothing besides manipulate tenants into doing what they want. They threaten them and entrap them. They cause irreparable harm to the families that reside on the property. I tried to contact Peabody Higher Management and was hung up on as they didn’t want to hear about what I had to say. This place needs to be shut down and all office personnel needs to be fired.

FRESH seafood. Our meals were prepared to perfection. The gang of us came with 3 children. Our server happened to be a mom of three children also. Without a word she put their meals in right away and didn't put any bread on the table BEFORE their meals arrived.A blessing. Only one complaint. The portions are abundantly over the top huge. 😂

I live here. Great neighbors. Everyone is so kind. I live here with my dog. Love it
