We are thrilled to be the proud owners of a PDR Homes house. Throughout the design and build process, we felt that PDR Homes were not just building a house but building our dream home. Cody (Project Manager), Dillon (COO) and Tina (Realtor) understood how and why we wanted to build this home and at every stage of this process it was abundantly clear that our dream was at the forefront of the construction. This was our first construction, so we were anxious about delivering on schedule and budget. At our first discussions we expected the house to be ready approximately 11 months later, then at contract signing this was brought forward to 9 months. My experience with PDR was nothing short of spectacular. I was an early client for PDR and yet, they knocked the socks off of my expectations. Their level of craftsmanship is truly top notch. My trim work and drywall 3 years later still looks as good as the day I settled. Their construction team was responsive, their warranty team was as well. Their integrity is also unparalleled. Saying something and doing something are two different things for most, not for PDR! We love our PDR home! Dillon and Patrick knocked it out of the park!

Cody and the PDR team have been very responsive and attentive to all my repair needs and requests. I am very pleased with their custom home building. The home was well constructed. I would definitely use them again, if I build another house.
