We recently downsized, sold our home of 24 years and moved into a rental managed by PCF Management. We are very impressed with the administrative team of PCF Management. Mena, Adam, Javier and Marc handle all Property Meld work requests through an amazing online app, defining the work needed, assigning maintenance team members, finding reputable vendors, scheduling appointments, and follow-up. They are professional, reliable, very knowledgeable and thorough. The PCF Management maintenance team are reliable and responsive. Had a major water main leak recently in which our water line had to be cut off from the outside by the fire dept. Thanks to Craig and PCF management they were able to get the right people to our residence the next day to fix the water main / Demo crew to come in and take care of all the water damage and we will be scheduling new carpet installation and new bathroom renovations through them next.
