I genuinely cannot stress enough how awful my experience was living at this apartment complex. From poor management to constant stress, this place was nothing but a headache from start to finish. The biggest issue was management. Communication was either nonexistent or completely inconsistent. Emails and calls went unanswered for days (sometimes weeks), and when someone did respond, the information was often incorrect or changed later with no explanation. Policies seemed to be enforced randomly depending on who you spoke to that day, which made it impossible to feel secure or informed as a tenant. Maintenance was another ongoing problem. Requests were either ignored, delayed far longer than reasonable, or marked as “completed” when nothing had actually been fixed. When maintenance did sh

Leasing office is very rude and miserable. Nothing gets done . By the way this complex been declining over the past few years I wouldn’t be surprised if they have a lawsuit coming

This is hands down the worst apartment with the worst apartment manger staff I’ve ever lived in. The apartment Manager staff, especially Thersea is extremely rude and shouldn’t be working in customer service. They shut the water off randomly without any notice. They do inspections like we are in low income housing. They are so money hungry that they threaten to charge fees over everything. They blame MAJOR maintenance issues on the tenants that they have no control over. Like leaking ceilings and leaking pipes. And they barely clean the stairs and hall ways. There is spider webs and dust everywhere. I would never recommend this place to my worse enemy. They don’t care about the tenants at all. DONT MOVE HERE!

when I first moved in there was a pool and a area where the children can play beautiful lights running up the back sidewalks a beautiful front entrance sign the flowers, flowers along the curve, beautiful lines and it’s all changed. All of those things are gone, but at the same time, I enjoy the location of the apartments and now they seem to be changing the Complex in a positive manner. They are improving the lawn and I’m sure they’re going to eventually same time, I enjoy the location of the apartments and now they seem to be changing the Complex.

Thank you for the quick response for dripping tub faucet. Steven ( maintenance personnel) was very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. He repaired the issue in a timely manner, as well as, replaced old tub hardware ( knobs,etc). Steven did a great job!
