Pavilion place apartments

This new company and Christina are really good to me. It takes time to turn an old boat around, but I believe they are doing it. It's a much nicer place to live. QUIET.

I understand that Arkansas has the worst tenant rights in the nation, but if you have a unit that is pest ridden and uninhabitable, do the right thing. Not the property management company that runs this place. They say the tenant is responsible, even though we’ve tried multiple things to resolve the problem and still the pests are coming in. This is how infestations spread throughout apartment complexes. Do the right thing for your tenants!

Not For sure if it's a good place for you if your not interested in the type of stuff that goes on around The place... And it's not a place to go if your not from Fort Smith, Arkansas
