The reviewer below from Mocha Fox hit the nail in the head. She is absolutely right with what she said and all the things she listed. Do not pay market price to live here. Is not worth it. They're crazy with the prices. NO AMENITIES. THE LAUNDRYROOM ONLY HAS 2 BIG WASHERS AND DRYERS and they break down every month. Spend your money at Haus25 with better amenities you get a pool and game rooms and everything for similar price IN A NEW BUILDING built around 2020. This building was built in 1970, pipes are breaking and everything is super old. You'll regret living here and looking at the pool next door while spending similar amount. Someone must've smoked some good stuff to create those prices for people to rent at this old broken down building. Lost their marbles trying to charge such cra

This place only gets 2 stars cause it's an afforadble housing place. I've been living here for 4 years. Each year something happens - AC wasn't turned on until July my first year while heavily prgnant cause the system was old and needed fixed - oh yeah, btw, the AC / Heating isn't on year round. They like you to freeze / fry before offering any solution. - windows only open up 6 inches for "SaFeTy" even though it's 85 in my apartment right now from a broken heater and my family is DYING. - Mold grows easily in the bathroom, cause while there is a "vent" there isn't any air flow in it. Had to call the building company to get them to send someone to fix it. Until then I was told "do it yourself." - there's also a "vent" in the kitchen just for show. so it gets super hot while you cook. - ea

The apts are ok, not great but not too bad. However, the staff here are mean and nasty!
