Rented an absolutely beautiful home from Paul for year, in that year he was by far the best landlord we ever had. Paul is very polite, respectful, honest and quick to respond and reliable. I have to say he is one landlord who does take care of his property. Thanks for everything, it was truly a pleasure working with him. :)

Out of all the realtors we worked with while searching for a house in Downtown Raleigh, Paul was by far the best. Every house we looked at, he was very well prepared and had answers to almost every question we had. If he didn't know, we had an email within a few hours with an answer! We ended up going with a house Paul found for us as he was able to make the process quick and painless.

Really nice and professional guy. He's upfront about everything and is very informative and punctual. Very good at staying in contact with us and the owner of the buildings and would keep us updated as soon as possible. Would recommend.
