We really enjoyed our first time building experience with Paul Gray Homes. As military veterans, we appreciate his attention to detail and the quick resolve of the inevitable obstacles of a custom build. His patience and personal touch made the process better than we could have imagined and we are thouroughly enjoying our new dream home. Thank you to Paul and the entire Paul Gray Homes team.

We are very pleased with Paul Gray Homes. We had a fire in April 2023. PGHomes helped us put together a vision for our rebuild, that fit within all the insurance guidelines and had it completed within the 12 month time frame that our insurance had. Paul patiently dealt with the insurance company. All of the staff helped us with the decisions that needed to be made. The way they organized things helped us to not feel too overwhelmed. Redoing review, accidentally posted under my father’s account. Ever since I bought my house from him in 2019, my lights have flickered in certain rooms even after changing to new bulbs, the breakers flip after using certain devices like vacuums, microwaves, kitchen aids, several others. Never had these issues at my other houses. Not sure if he uses cheaper materials but this shouldn’t be an issue with energy efficient products. After the one year warranty inspection, his tech came out and said that this issue isn’t fixable and I need to manage how many devices are plugged into one area. Even with one device plugged in, still same issues. The problem lies with the builder and his subcontractors not wanting to fix the issue I originally reported.

Paul Gray Homes has a serious problem with managing their projects. At first the experience was good and Paul worked well with us designing our home. During the build, it was obvious that Paul's superintendents were stretched thin and had too much on their plate. The attention to detail started lacking and much of our communication about issues were going unanswered. It wasn't until after the build was complete that our experience went downhill quick. It's understandable and expected that not everything will be perfect. That's why there is a walk through to identify issues. The expectation however is that the builder will correct the issues appropriately and in a reasonable amount of time. We have been trying to correct numerous issues for the last 18 months with no end in sight. O

Quality was our primary concern when searching for a new home. My wife and I realized there was an obvious choice when we sat down with Paul Gray for the first time. He was committed to ensuring the vision we had for our home would come to life with a custom build. His experience helped tremendously as he was able to give advice about improving details of our plans that we hadn't even considered to ensure we would be happy with the result. We have been living in our home for over two years now and couldn't be happier with it. The attention to detail exceeded our expectations. We went with all the vendors Paul recommended and they did a great job of bringing our selections together to create a home we are proud of.
