I absolutely love living in this apartment! The community is clean, quiet, and very well maintained. The management team Jason, Steven and Social worker Sara is professional, friendly, and always quick to respond to any requests or concerns. We are family of 3, and our daughter is 6 years. We were little bit worried, before moving for our daughter school. But we got one of best school in the area. The management always offer a foods and drinks when they have monthly meetings. We have library in the community. Our daughter love to go there. Indoors club rooms, lounge rooms and gyms, business centers with 3 computers always available. I recently moved in and had a wonderful experience throughout the entire process. I initially worked with Jason, who went above and beyond to help and make everything smooth. The process was finalized with Erica, who also went above and beyond and handled the rest with great care and professionalism. Both Jason and Erica were amazing to work with, and the entire move-in experience was seamless.

The Patuxent Commons . Is an amazing community so far. The staff there is awesome especially Erica Washington she's always assisted me on anything that I needed. She has made it a pleasure to stay there and assist me with paperwork payments of rent any issues that I have she has helped me amazing.

County bus stop right there. Should be a wonderful place for the elderly and those with different abilities.
