Don’t waste your time! I make over $85k yearly with NO previous judgements, evictions, etc and my credit score is almost 700, yet I was denied by the owner for some credit issues….how did it make it thru the entire process just to be turned down by the owner? I am a black man applying by myself and I have everything they required but yet I was still denied….the agent Linda Blue was nice up until denial then she sends a cold message of denial also informing me she can’t show me any more Patterson Schwartz properties…then I come to the reviews and see they have been lying and cheating people for years…stay FAR away and apply anywhere else!

Last week I was contacted by a realtor from Patterson Schwartz. The person seemed ligit in helping me find a rental place for my mother. I explained to her the price range she needed to stay in her budget. The Realtor seemed to understand. But after my mother paid the $43.00 fee they claim they were not going to give her the place because they didn't think she could afford it. That didn't make sense. They already knew what she got per month and her budget before taking her money. They lied and said they didn't take the money but they had taken it a week before . She didn't have anything lived in her apartment for almost two decades and needed a different place. But they made everything difficult. So she didn't get the rental that was $1150 which is way cheaper than what she was paying for
