Sue Hastings and Barry Reap helped us find a home when we relocated from PA to Delaware. I didn't know touring houses could be so much fun! Our first visit Barry took us around Dover area to get the lay of the land. On our second (and hopefully putting in an offer) visit they took us around over 20 houses through 3 days. Sue is very professional, thorough, informative, and has the best sense of humor and personality you can find! Sue easily made a huge decision less stressful and get attention to detail assured us everything was going smooth! Highly recommend!

Buyer beware. Used as buyers agent and cost me tens of thousands more than I needed to pay. So many other options for realtor, protect your money and yourself by using a different firm.

They are the most unprofessional realtors Theresa Willams has a lack of communication and manners. Her number is on the website to call about seeing there properties. When you call her she has an unpleasant attitude over talk you loudly and doesn’t allow you to say a word. The realtors who set you up to see the houses shows you the house then don’t call answer a text or get back to you in any kind of way when you want to ask them about renting their property. After they take all you income and personal information payment for the application. Then they ghost you. You call text email them 3 and 4 times and still no response.Very unprofessional and poor business. Never use them I going to the Old Grandfather realtor estate they conduct business properly.

I can't believe that this agent holds a top spot with this company, yes, I messed up, had some bad luck and unfortunately we lost our home, like that doesn't hurt enough. I had 2 hours one night, with only a night before notice to remove all of my property, the so called contractor Lisa hired and his merry band of convicts not only stole my car, everything out of my shed, which belongs to my neighbor, but they broke into another person's shed and stole tools and other equipment while they were there. I thought the bank was supposed to get the property, his own crew helped themselves to the items. I hope my karma that favors me has a field day with Lisa and Patterson Schwartz for doing this.
