Hi I have been a tenant for Patterson's apartments for 9 years. I have enjoyed my apartment. I like the fact that the grounds are kept it's a very safe environment. The management is always courteous and prompt to eliminate any problems occurred. The rates are reasonable and extermination is a plus . Overall I'm very content and happy with this establishment and I will be happy to continue to give them my business. Sincerely a happy current tenant .
I’ve lived here almost 3yrs. The ladies in the office are professional and always willing to help and with all issues. Maintenance is quick to fix any problems in a timely manner. They all are respectful and keep the area around the apartment clean and safe. Thank You!
This is a great area, great place to live, and it’s affordable. Everyone here has been super nice and maintenance is great. Stephanie Clark is wonderful to work with.
The property management is absolutely amazing that keep the apartments clean updated and was amazing during the floods I wouldn't think of living anywhere else
This place is awesome! The office helped me get in on great timing and has been the best I’ve had at apartments! ;)
