Patriot's Cove

I love my apartment. The maintenance guy is really awesome. He works really hard to keep the place. Nice and clean. Avi is really trying his best to keep the property clean and maintained. Most of the neighbors are very friendly and stick to themselves. We do have some neighbors that don’t respect other people‘s living spaces. But management is working on that and I am proud to say that I am a resident At Patriots Cove.

Patriots cove apartments are always well maintained including the property ,the landscape is beautiful, there are plenty of new washer and dryers that are super clean and new. The management encourages you to let them know if you need help or have any problems at all no matter how small. The manager Avi goes out of his way personally to deliver any type of paperwork or anything of importantance, he cares and will help you in anyway he can to get you important or necessary documents or other requests you ask and goes out of his way to do it with his busy schedule.

A wonderful place to call home.-5 stars My family and I have been proud residents of this apartment complex for over 5 years and I can honestly say it's been an exceptional place to raise my 3 children. What initially drew us here was the affordability, what has kept us here is the genuine sense of community and quality of life this place offers. Location is everything- the location is simply unbeatable. We're within walking distance of essential stores making daily errands a breeze. But what really makes this special is our proximity to the beaches, boardwalks, parks and nature trails. Having the Barnegat trail right in our backyard has been incredible for our family we regularly and enjoy walks, bikerides and nature photography sessions. It's like having a private escape to nature

Patriots Cove apartments are a pleasant place to live and a nice family environment . The property manager Mr. Wolf is dedicated to making a good living space for all his tenets keeping up with maintaining the grounds as well as individual repairs within living spaces . Much Thanks Mr .Wolf !

I've lived here for 5 years now and since the new management took over it has become dramatically better. He has fixed the outside up and done many improvements. Definetely recommend
