I lived here from 2024 - 2025. Overall, enjoyed living here - maintenance people were very nice, were fairly timely with requests (but not all) - Camilla was a gem and other office people were nice when I interacted with them - good location: lots of schools, churches, grocery stores, and Lynnhaven mall very very close - there was a pretty good honor system for things on porches, never had anything stolen from ours Some things I didn't particularly like: - area can be a bit sketchy but overall okay, lots of families/children here bc of the elementary school next door. - you can tell when people are smoking inside and it can be a bit much when it goes through the vents indoors - the community washer/dryer in my particular building was in heavy disrepair and had trash piled up around it for

Wife and i lived here for 3 years. We are finally out, thank god. I had an original review about this place a year into living here which was ok. I had to take that review down. The people in the office CURRENTLY are good. We like them, thats why im giving an extra star. Dana, when she was running it was absolutely horrible and she ultimately left or got fired. The new Manager, Camille is pretty solid as are the other team members. Now.....let me get to the point. That place, no matter what building your unit is in, is INFESTED with the worst kind of cockroaches......GERMANS!!! You will never get rid of them. Roach infested apartment complex. Rent goes up with no changes to any of the apartments, no renovations ever. Literally the worst place to live, don’t do it. All of my coworkers who live on different sides have complained about the same issue. They are everywhere.

Lived here 3 yrs, my issues is that the new maintenance half do jobs Jason always fix the issues but the new maintenance just tape up issues dishwasher still leaking water, never had any roaches NOW the tenant next to me must be infested roaches constantly comes from under the walls, parking is another issue I have sent emails after email because I have to park by the office and walk to the 17 coral gable parking lot, I was told to call the towing company, I did and they said the manager has a hold on the towing.. What?? I sent an email and as of this day I have not heard nothing.. my plan… Is I’m looking for something else now…Good area, the leasing agent is very nonchalant, Maybe because she does not have to live here. *My review will include kid friendliness, military family experience, porch package safety, rent value, location ammenities, a pet/renters insurance recommendation, and overall experience for our 1+ years of staying here. Bottom Line: This place was very good to us. Pros: - The office team is incredible. They remembered details about us from our talks when we had first signed our lease a year prior. (shoutout to Tammy!!! <3 ) - The nieghborhood is very kind, and we lucked out with the most incredible downstairs neighbors. - Never once had a package taken from our porch (this does not include a delivery driver delivering to the wrong address - it happens haha). - There is a park within walking distance of our apartment with kids always playing there. - This complex is in central VA beach
