Patriot Park Apartments

Lane greeted me with a warm smile and high energy, listened attentively, and answered all my questions. Patriot Park is a beautiful, well-kept community, and Lane’s professionalism truly stands out. I highly recommend this property and their amazing staff.

I'm grateful to be among the first group of tenants to live here after being built. From 5/2021-5/2022 there were multiple changes with management things weren't getting fixed, trash everywhere, no one ever answers the phone and when I went in the office I was always given misinformation. There are quite a few people on Section 8 here but those of us who weren't on housing we were taken advantage of with paying more in deposits, extra late fees etc...Turned my keys in July 12th Jeanette tells me I would have my refund in 30 days. Called in May and June to get refund amount and told the same amount both times. In July I go in to get an itemized statement and my refund was reduced by $300. I'm then told I was charged extra for housekeeping because I didn't clean my unit and for heavy carpet

The original management was superb. But this new lady manager is horrible. This complex is supposed to be a tax/income property where they go by percentages. But this new lady manager is acting like it's not. She's charging regular rent prices which she is not supposed to be doing. From the other reviews, it seems like it has completely went down the drain after she got there. When the original manager & office staff was there, there was no crimes or anything unlike now. If she knew her job and cared about the complex, none of this would be going on.

When I moved in it appeared to be a nice place. I moved here because my lease was up and I had to find another place fast. The 1st week a man kicked the door in on an apartment a few doors down! Then as I was sitting on the sofa someone was turning my door handle trying to get into my apartment. There were a lot of car burglaries, drugs and fighting. The walls are so thin you can hear everything that your neighbors say or do. Homeless people sleep inside the building at night, in the laundry room, the elevators, the mailroom, etc. It is a dangerous place to live. I didn't even stay the full year. Jean told me that I had the cleanest apartment in the complex. After I turned in my notice and moved a couple of months later, I was told that I wouldn't get my $350 deposit back because I didn't

Months back I didn't like living here. The place was always dirty, but we have the owner back on property and things are better and the complex is clean now. Ms. Alicia is a sweetheart and Ms. Jean is too. What I don't like is the pool closing at 5pm it's only open during office hours and closed on weekends. And that's all thanks to bad residents.
