Incredibly thorough ... I was amazed when I watched Hubert identify wood rot in a door frame that had been intentionally hidden. I was also pleased Hubert encouraged my involvement and questions. Not only did he answer all our questions, his body language and eye contact made sure I understood. My wife and I won't be using anyone else for future home inspections.

They did a great job. Their inspection report was extremely thorough. I was a little worried when I saw the report was 12 pages but after looking it showed extreme attention to detail and pointed out even things to look out for in the future. They did a great job.

We were buying a house in Marion South Carolina and chose Patriot Home Inspections to to do the pre-purchase inspection. Hubert made us aware of a lot of things going on with the house so we were able to make a better decision.
