Patrician Terrace Apartment Homes

I lived here at Patrician Terrace apartments for one year, sharing a two-bedroom apartment with a family member. Our rent was around $850 with a pet fee, which is more than reasonable. The complex is income-limited as of this review, so only low-income families can live here. The biggest pro of this location is the excellent on-site maintenance team and administrative staff. Whenever we had issues with the apartment, they were quick to fix us up. The staff was also happy to work with us during our troubles finding a new apartment after our lease was ended (due to a raise, I no longer qualified to stay at the apartment). They are pet-friendly and they have a pool available for residents. An on-site laundromat makes up for a lack of washer and dryer hook-ups in the apartments. Our apartment

My son is a resident at these apartments, and has been without AC for months. The management has ignored the situation claiming that the maintenance person is in the hospital. I called regional and was told this was never brought to their attention, after being told that it was being handled. The lady that I spoke with said that it has be an intermittent problem. Well, it shouldn’t be a problem at all!!! They gave him a window AC that was short lived, and now only blows warm air. My son has had to stay in hotels and with family due to extreme heat in his apartment. They have required him to continue to pay FULL rent. Excellent place to live. Good neighbors, clean apartment grounds, and pleasi staff.

It states that you are low income apartments. Where ? Because are you asking for 3× the rent? But your rent is so high.
