Patricia was great, we weren't sure when we started looking that we would be able to find a home in our budget that would be close enough to where we work. Patricia worked with us every step of the way to show us where and how we should be looking, made sure we were fully aware of the problems with some potential homes before we got in to deep, and helped us keep a perspective on our long term investment with the home. We eventually decided to pivot to a condo to help build up our finances, and Patricia was amazingly quick about getting us a look at some condo options. Though we didn't find our dream home, Patricia get us into the home we need right now, and prepare us for what we'll need to get into a dream home in a few years.
