Kelley Scarborough was our Realtor who helped us find exactly what we were looking for.She worked very hard and always contacted us as we progressed through the process of buying a house.

In my recent experience, Pat Turnham is not helpful whatsoever, she does not like showing homes, it’s a major inconvenience to her. I was an excited qualified buyer and if you want a happy, wonderful experience, please , “Do not” use Pat Turnham, she’s even the owner, she should know how to professionally take care of clients and potential clients. Everyone loses in this situation, the homeowner trying to sell their property, the homebuyer trying to buy a property and with Pat Turnham’s not so nice negative attitude, she loses a commission, believe me she doesn’t care. Buyers and sellers please BEWARE of Pat Turnham and Pat Turnham realty in the Lake Isabella area.

As a home inspector in the area I have done inspections for the clients of two agents (Beth and Rita). Both are great with communication and organization. And above all it is clear that they are looking out for their clients and representing them and their interests.

Wasting my time with them for weeks finally found the best realtor in the Kern River valley who found me a beautiful house and made the transaction very simple and perfect.
