Buyer Beware...well Seller beware on this one. Signed contract with Chad last year to sell our home. After it was listed, Chad was working with the buyer, and had Jeff take over my end of the sell. He suggested that I give the buyers 5k for the list of repairs they were demanding. Which I did. He then told me to put 10k into an account at closing for any issue that might arise when the septic was inspected after closing. Which I did. He also wrote up a contract for the buyers to rent the home prior to the closing, again I agreed. I was charged his commission on both the 5K and the 10k and I was never informed on the outcome of the inspection or saw the money again. Buyers also didn't pay the rent at closing, but Jeff sent a check for a portion of it. When asked about commission,

Gunjan Gupta did a great job giving me information I needed about the Morgantown area and purchasing a home including information on having a tenant and various issues on the surrounding area. Although I didn't end up purchasing in the area If I did I am confident Gunjan would have kept me very well informed and satisfactorily negotiated on my behalf.

Heather Fultz is very unprofessional. At the meeting for the closing of my son and ex-daughter-in-laws home, she called my son a despicable human being. Apparently she’s become friends with my ex daughter-in-law and let her personal feelings get in the way of doing her job. She also berated my son and treated him poorly on the phone and in person. She threatened him into signing papers on the same day without notice or time to read over everything. I do NOT recommend this realtor since she clearly cannot be unbiased towards clients.

Great experience even with a challenging negotiation/situation. Even better advice and guidance through the entire process. Their experience truly shows and can easily be leveraged to great outcomes. You need only to ask!
