If there's a question about a schedule, I'd say 100% you were always available to show us houses/condos. You worked hard to earn our business the first time we purchased a home. We won't trust anyone else with the purchase of a home.

Being new to the Cape Coral area, Pat helped us understand the important details of homes in this community — canals, seawalls, pools, elevations, etc. He helped us be more informed home buyers. He made himself available during our time in Cape Coral and continued to help us remotely to identify the right house for us, navigate the offer, support us through inspections, and remote closing. Since the purchase, Pat has been a valuable resource for contractors and establishing necessary services.

Pat was very helpful knowing we were coming from out of state with recommendations and local knowledge of how, when, who, etc...that made the purchase feel under control at all times, which brought great comfort. Loved that he made himself available to meet contractors for us when we could not be there and had a list of reliable and reputable contacts for any/all requests so we did not have to search.
