Paseo Del Prado Apartments

So I’ve been living at Paseo Del Prado a year and a few months now. When I first moved in it was Good. I really had no problems. It was quieter than most places I’ve stayed at. It nice to sit on my patio and have my morning coffee. It definitely looked like it could use some TLC. Move forward a year and a few months later and there are so many positive changes going on here . They installed all new better mailboxes, the Laundry Room got a lil mini makeover by having a utility sink installed by our excellent maintenance workers. They also gave the laundry room a nice paint job and it’s kept up better. The pool area is now open and received an amazing transformation. I met Ms. ROSA 2 weeks ago inquiring about one of her vacant apartments. She was very thorough, very friendly and very attentive to my needs as they grew over time. Gloria is a consummate professional and had one objective, to make me happy in one of her apartments. She suceeded by working hard and remembering my little pecadillos in communicating all throuout the process. I am a happy tenant and appreciate what GLORIA ROSA DID FOR ME AND MY FAMILY!! Moved in two months ago my apartment have had water leaks 6 times three times from a busted dishwasher they replaced it then our A/C has leaked and fixed 3 time in the same place…and the pool is only open until 5pm mon-fri so those of us that work all day don’t get a chance to use the pool and when it is open it’s full of crazy rough housing kids..and during the weekend kids from surrounding apartment complex’s break in the pool make a mess brake stuff

I'm very angry. In November, I met Gloria, the manager of these apartments. She proposed that I give her $5,000 to process my application, assuring me it was all legal. It's now January, and she's still telling me it can't be done because the other manager, Adri, doesn't want to. I've never even spoken to that manager. I'm an elderly man with a heart condition. I'm currently sleeping in a friend's living room, but I need to move out soon. I'm going to file a complaint with the authorities so this woman doesn't steal from anyone else.

Just moved in and I am absolutely thrilled with it so far! The staff are extremely helpful and kind and the apartment was in excellent condition when I moved on, even stocked with some brand new appliances! Truly a great place to live if you are on a tight budget 🤘
