Pasadena Studios

I visited Pasadena Studios with my cousin, and we found out that this apartment is exclusively for low-income residents. They don’t accept college students at all — not international students and not local U.S. students either. The studio price of $1,505 seemed reasonable, so we decided to tour it, but unfortunately it’s not an option for students. It’s worth noting for anyone considering this place: make sure you qualify for their low-income requirements before scheduling a tour.

Excellent. Clean. Quiet. Super responsive team and maintenance. Wild design. Amazing rooftop and gym. Each unit is assigned to a different income class so there’s 3 levels of rents people pay. It’s income based but it’s priced is PER unit. So if you want a cheaper rate you have to wait until that level unit becomes available. Only challenge is parking lot doesn’t have enough spots for everyone.

If you like having unit inspections every other month this is the place for you. Obnoxious

Although I did not end up qualifying due to making too much. Ashley was truly an amazing agent to work with. She was very kind, compassionate, and understanding throughout the entire process. Ashley treats everyone with genuine respect and care, and her professionalism really stood out to me. Working with her set the bar very high for what I would hope for in any future agent.
