the management team is extremely accomodating for my short term stay of six months. it was very easy to move in and the move out was straight forward and flexible. communication was also efficient and fast. i would consider them your go to if staying around the hopewell/petersburg area. i stayed in an apartment downtown hopewell and it was well maintained with lots of space

As I start off the New Year, I want to thank Parr and Abernathy for being such a wonderful property management group. Any issue, any question, or any request is always promptly addressed and serviced. Relocating back to VA was a wonderful experience thanks to them. Besty, Christina, Jane, Tanya are all a pleasure to work with. Any one I did not name was simple because I don’t remember everyone. 10 out of 10 would recommend. They have properties through the tri-citie area, Prince George, and Carson.

If I could give 10 stars I would! Professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful. They made the process as smooth as possible. The fact that they have a 4.0 rating is laughable. The past reviewers must have left a review shortly after dealing with them for the first time, or the reviews are fake to boost ratings. I have lived in a duplex managed by P&A for 2 years and repairs never get done. I have work orders that are a year and a half old that they don’t care to have fixed. After calling multiple times they either tell me there is nothing they can do about it or they have no idea what I’m talking about because the person that is supposed to handle it quits or gets fired and we have to start over from square one (this has happened at least 3 times).
