A big lack of care in this complex. Too many rats. It is messing up our back garden. They say they have pest control yet nothing seems to be getting done. Very big lack of security especially at night. A lot of people being in our steps in the middle of the night leaving a lot of trash. Next morning there is trash not only on our steps, but the whole street. We find needle tops, syringes, and even bodily fluids on our steps. Makes it very unsafe to walk in our own steps. There is no control with noise in the middle of the night hearing loud music during the week when people are trying to sleep. If you’re looking for a quiet and safe place to move, this is not the right choice. Put your money towards a place that actually cares and not somewhere that neglects the condition on their neighbor

Property management is very disappointing. They refuse to hire someone to plow the complex where we pay every month to park our cars. I've been here for the last 3 years and it's been this same way every year. People who live in the complex are out shoveling the so they'll be able drive through the alleyway. It's our responsibility to shovel out our cars not the alley so everyone will be able to get out the complex. It's disgusting

Been renting with Parmelee Court Homes for about 5 months and everything has been great! The management has been great at taking care of any and all issues, and all common areas are well kept. Five stars!

It’s not worth it , you pay all this rent for a place that this company don’t care ….. There is an infestation of RATS not mouse but RATS like never before …. Trust me you don’t want to live here …. We be scared to walk in outside because slot of them comes out .. There is holes everywhere in the back patios that rats has made … This place is not worth it and they be trying to raise the rent even more for a place that sucks
