Parkwood Village Apartments

Musty. Every building on the property from North to South to West parkwood all smell the same. I lived here for several years and delivered food to customers in the complex. I moved out because of the mold in my closet. My neighbors were moving every year. Finally saw why one day walking to my car, the backs of the kitchen cabinets were covered in mold and maintenance was ripping apart the inside of the unit. This complex is run by Albany Management Property and their sole goal is to take your security deposit. I left my apartment immaculate, never wore shoes on the carpet, and they made up an excuse to not return my deposit. Another story. I cannot recommend this place to my worst enemy. I feel for the maintenance staff, hard working good people. The only solution to fix Parkwood apart

I recently moved my mom into Parkwood Village and she is incredibly happy with her new apartment. The office manager Sara was helpful and friendly from the first time we walked in for information. She worked with us to find the perfect apartment for my mom. The grounds are well kept, snow removal was timely, and the neighborhood is adorable. The bad reviews seem to be very old, and it’s unfortunate current residents haven’t shared their positive experiences. I hope that more people do. Thank you Sara for your positive attitude and help getting my mom the perfect place.

I have been living at Parkwood Village Apts for over 6 years. I absolutely love my apartment and the wooded scenery around it. The maintenance staff has always been very quick to respond to any issues that I may have had. The grounds crew always keep the yards and gardens attractive. The cleaning crew keeps everything nice and clean. And the office personnel are always helpful and informative. Everyone is so friendly which makes me feel "right at home".

Parkwood Village is a great community with awesome staff. I have lived here for almost 3 years and highly recommend them to friends and family, several of whom have moved here, too. The apartments are spacious, the grounds are well kept, the running trails are a great bonus, and the property managers really care. Compared to the other developments that I have lived in, Parkwood ranks at the very top.

I have lived in Parkwood Village North for 5 years now . It has been mostly a positive experience! Everyone in Albany Management is friendly, and they work hard at keeping up the place. If there is any problem with anything, it seems to be taken care of in a short amount of time. Any emergency whether small or large, someone is always there to take care of the matter promptly!
