Parkwood Plaza Apartments

This is place has become the dirtiest most disgusting place I've ever lived and absolutely not worth the price. There is garbage, cigarette butts, and dog poop all around the common areas, and there are mystery liquid trails all over the sidewalks, stairs, and landings. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this awful apartment complex.

Do not move here. I am 53 yrs old and this has been the worst experience of my life. I pay my obligations on March 27th for a move in date of April 30th. On April 29th I come to the office to sign my final lease and obtain the keys. I sign the lease and am told that they will have my keys at 11am on the 30 th by Daniella. I come on the 30th with my movers and moving truck only to be told my place is not ready yet as they are short handed. But not to worry as they have another place for me I come to look at the place and it is horrible I'm literally in tears and told by the manger at the time that is all they can do. And they would fix the unit but that if I move into the unit I would not be allowed to move into my promised unit when it was completed. So I had to take the unit as I had no w

Anna & Daniela are so amazing! They helped me out with my application and the apartment is so beautiful I am definitely putting this one on my top one for living the property is clean and the unit looks amazing Thank you for bearing so helpful!

I Am verry upset in hearing Daniela will no longer be working here as well as the maintance team. I Am verry greatfull With Ana as well. I hope that this new company treats us as well as the girls did. This is why i stayed here because of there hard work. And i was just getting to know kimmy this is so selfish i have been here for more than 10 years and have never been treated like this team.

I was sold a lie and stolen from by this company. They advertised E104 available & said the person had to leave in a hurry due to a family emergency and it would be a "lease take over". I understood this would come with some cleaning, however not ROACHES! An hour & half after I got the keys, (had to go buy cleaning supplies & eat), my helper/friend ( I'm disabled) went into the bathroom (while i was just starting with the kitchen) and when she turn the bathroom faucet on, roaches came out of all hiding spots! All over! Roaches were never disclosed. And get this, they have bug infestation people come weekly. Do you think this was mentioned before I applied?! Nope.
