Parkwood Apartments

I am a junior that attends Fresno State. This is my third apartment complex that I’ve been through and it will 100% be my last as well. The location is perfect, as it is very close to campus, making it perfect for commuting. I feel really safe and secure while I’ve been here and have the luxury of it being gated as well. The amenities was the main reason I chose this apartment complex in the first place. It has a gym, basketball and tennis court, multiple pools, and areas to bbq as well. I struggled to find any of these amenities elsewhere near campus. The lease process was quite simple from the start, as management and leasing staff is on top of it and there to help. Work orders are always respected and executed in timely fashion. I also enjoy my neighbors, everyone is respectful and kind

I usually don’t write reviews, but this apartment complex truly deserves one. The office was ran really well with great management, and since it was my first time with the leasing process, they spent extra time making sure I knew everything and made a great connection with me while doing so. As someone who needed to be close to Fresno state, this apartment complex was more than perfect, being close to the university and was also super quiet when I needed to get some studying done. I lift a lot at night time, and love playing sports, so the gym/pool, courts, and a bbq station was one of the reasons this apartment complex was such a great fit for me. If I was looking for an apartment complex, this is for sure the place to be.

The time I spent here was super nice. Office staff was super helpful for me especially during a tough time in my life trying to find a place to lease for me. I always felt safe in the complex and it’s nice as a student because it’s close to campus. A good place for hanging with my boys, to grilling on football Sunday, to going to the gym and playing basketball. I loved staying here and honestly really miss it. Def recommend.

Outstanding Community, Staff & Management — Highly Recommended! Great place to live! Park Wood Apartments is a well-kept, peaceful community with friendly neighbors and great amenities. What really stands out is the amazing staff and management, they’re professional, responsive, and always willing to help. Maintenance is quick and efficient, and the office team truly cares about residents. Highly recommend Park Wood to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-managed place to call home!

Management here sucks you tell them we have a problem going on in your apartment and they don’t fix it within a month. I had told them I didn’t have hot water. They never came and fixed it to this point. I still don’t have hot water. It took him almost 2 months to come and fix my microwave. I do not recommend this apartments they also have cockroach everywhere and it’s supposed to be a smoke free apartments and everyone smokes here
