INFESTED WITH ROACHES. The entire place is disgusting. The pool is a joke and there are no amenities to speak of. No security, not even a gate off the street. Terrible environment to raise children in. Outdated and unserviced appliances lead to massive electric bills for tiny apartments. Still traumatized from the roaches. NOT WORTH IT!!!!

DO NOT MOVE HERE!An incredibly lackluster and a poor excuse for an apartment complex I lived there for three years despite them not having any functional maintenance ,(I once went through a week without AC)or any kind of professional management,keeping in mind the whole place is infested with roaches,I finally gave them a 6 month notice that I would be leaving on the end of my lease,yet they decided to charge me with baseless and non existent charges ruining my credit without even notifying me,this is simple greed without accountability,I repeat!don't move here if you have any sense

BEWARE if trying to lease an apt here They don't fix things in a timely mannerI have so much more to write on this apartment complex but I just don't have the energy Horrible! Please Pay close attention to all Reviews! July1,2021 Someone stole my catalytic converter off my truck last night! Two weeks go they stole my friends off this truck!😡😡😡

Click2Houston wrote a lovely article about this property and its superb management team. A tenant had valid safety concerns and was ignored completely. You can watch the security cam footage of a man that is not a lease holder setting Styrofoam on fire, a shoving match with another tenant, and indecent exposure. Why was this not addressed? I'm sure you're quick to action if rent is late. No shame in the Slum Lord game.

I have had the privilege of visiting this community numerous of times and each time I visited I was very impressed. From the curb appeal to the actual staff, I would definitely rate it at a 5 star!
