Earnest was a consummate professional. He was pleasant accommodating and ultra professional. He insured I got the best unit available and worked with my time line. My hat is off to bis entire staff!

Dont get me wrong it’s a pretty property, however, I question the first interaction when you go to the lease office to gather information about available units. The service was dry, the agent hardly talk. He made us feel unwelcome and barely answer our questions. Nope, if this is the kind of service I’m you going to have during my 12 months lease, I prefer to look some other choices. SERVICE IS KEY! Plenty room for improvement on this part.

Former resident....If you are looking for an apartment, I would search elsewhere. Unit Issues: -flat sinks in bathrooms that drain poorly. You'll clean them daily (if you care about cleanliness) -limited kitchen cabinet space -lots of caulking in bathrooms / showers -glass shower door that is always covered in scale -walls are thin / wood construction, you will hear neighbors -smoke alarms go off when you cook -my unit was always extremely dusty -ants in the summer -front gate NEVER works Front Office: My first two years they were excellent. The new management, GrayStar, was a horrible experience. Jessica is useless, but well versed in saying "I'm sorry to hear that".... and finally replying to emails after you send 2, or 3, or 4.... unfortunately her reply will say something similar

While searching for a place for myself I came across this place and met Jenise. She was absolutely wonderful, and the community was everything we were hoping to find. Thank you, Jenise, for your time and kindness. You truly made me feel welcomed and at home. We will definitely keep you in mind.

This is such an amazing property. Thank you Jessica for hosting a wonderful Luau Pool Party we loved it!!!!
