Horrible place, I’ve lived here since may of 2025 and since then the maintenance has been slow, our central air broken down and we had to struggle with heat for months. Even though we have a window unit which they DID NOT provide for us! Nor did we get the money back for the months they screwed us over. The Management is terrible here, they been through 3-4 different management since my boyfriend first got this place back in December. The main manager is SUPER RUDE to all the tenants. Especially to those who are not her ethnic background. She’s racist and favors certain people here compared to others. She’s lazy and never ever in her office. Me and my roommate have been living in our apartment since February of 2024, and have had nothing but problems with our apartment. Apart from the mold, the holes in the ceiling, and the wall peeling apart, our washer has been broken since March of 2025. I submitted a maintenance request, it took them until May to even look at the washer, they told us they would have to be back, and when they came back, they just told us they would return with an answer when they could. In June we were told that a new washer had been ordered for us, and since then its been radio silence from the apartment manager. In July we submitted yet another request, to receive no response. Updated review: It took over two months of me calling every single day and eventually threatening legal action for maintenance to finally fix my A/C unit. The unit still leaks in the kitchen intermittently and I have paid hundreds of dollars out of my own pocket to keep my apartment livable. The lack of upkeep is a common problem at this complex: most walkways and common areas are dirty, the rooftops of almost every building are full of trash and standing water, and damaged, hanging branches from past storms are never cut down (leaving potential future hazards for whenever they decide to fall). Have been living here for 7 months and let me tell you it is not good. The roof has been leaking since we moved in apt 126b. making our master bathroom unusable. They advertised a cheaper rate, and proceeded to give us the lease with an increased amount on it claiming they would fix it after signing but never did over the course of the year. I have had an email to corporate for 7 months now with no reply. They told me they would fix the roof when I first discovered the leak in the master bathroom last year. They just painted over it and now the mold is growing back. There is water damage all over the entire unit in every room. Corporate are frauds and will try to over charge you on everything, hidden fee kings! Do not pay for the upgrade they will scam you. Deny deny deny the upgrade!!!!!

Horrible Place and horrible management. The day I've moved in i had a surprise of Over flooded sink with dishwasher water from other units. Followed by roaches, The unit was not good when they handed us. The AC always smells weed and what ever we do it will never goes off. Bath tub was jammed with water and they did not fix it for 6 months. Rain water flooded into our bedroom from under the room but they did not respond it properly and never fixed it. The whole one year was a nightmare with mold and fridge doors are on wrong direction when requested to change the doors they denied it recklessly saying fridge is working we don't do it. What surprising and shocking is when we signing up new leases when they do the background check they lied saying unauthorized people was living in our house
