The manager Micheal is a complete useless human! He send the live in super, that doesnt know how to fix anything without spackle and paint. Its their answer for every and any repair. They never do the job the right way, always so quick fix for them to do as little as possible. We had a flood in our bathroom that started at 3am, they were told immediately. They showed up the next day at 11am after I had to remove sewage water for hours to only shut off the water, to give the wall enough time to dry so they can paint over the leaky area. Avoid these places... Ive lived here for over 10 years, this is the 4th time a leak has broke my ceiling and flooded the bathroom. Evert time they show up with plaster and paint. They never fix the leak and just wait until the next time the eiling falls and

All the comments and one star rating here are probably people who had experienced disputes with the managements office. It happens, and they handle 99% of issues with a great professional way. I like them, I like they're apartments, and they are a very good management company.

You will not find a nicer office in New York. They where absolutely outstanding on every level! Not only did they help me if I ever needed something, but where super responsive and helpful every step of the way. Even helped me get into my new place 2 years later. Thank you Parkway, love it!!

Extremely unreliable and unreasonable management agency. Several HPD violations in their building and they resort to scare tactics to intimidate tenants against using their rights. Their apartments are infested with roaches, rodents and other pests and walls have mold which has been untreated for eons. Avoid them like the plague! Rather avoid them like COVID since their employees also refuse to adhere to NYS mask mandates.

I’ve lived in one of their units for 7+ years and any (very few) issues I’ve had were resolved by either my excellent super or management company. I feel very fortunate to be in one of their buildings!
