Parkway Place

I’ve lived at Parkway Place for three years, and it has been a wonderful experience. Rose, the property manager, is incredibly kind, helpful, professional, and efficient—she truly goes above and beyond for this community. The maintenance team is also excellent and always addresses any concerns promptly. The apartments are spacious, clean, offer good storage and have individual balconies with lovely sunset views. The grounds are well maintained and include a pool, community center with monthly events, a small gym, a pavilion with picnic tables and grills, and a nice 0.25-mile paved walking loop. I have lived here for 11years and I highly recommend this apartment complex. The staff is amazing and professional. The maintenance worker Michael explains all work done and work orders are completed in a timely manner and as requested. Rose in the office creates a community not only where it is safe, but also a where neighbors care for neighbors. Many functions for all. Holiday parties as well as random breakfasts and movie nights. Highly recommend.

Traffic in this development is horrendous. People just all of a sudden back out of parking spots just about into you as you drive through. Also lots of people driving too fast in the parking lot! <people that live there>.

Rose, the Parkway office manager, and Josue, the maintenance supervisor, are great and keep things running smoothly; everything is well-maintained. The community is quiet, and the apartments are very comfortable.

I was reading some of the reviews. I just started the process of trying to move here. Rose, the property manager, has been absolutely wonderful to me, and she is helping me, going out of her way, because I am disabled I need a little more help with certain things. Rose has been wonderful. She responded to me right away. This is the 1st place to take the time to help. I have been dealing with a lot of apartment management, and she has been the best. Life is not easy for anyone right now. But she has made it smooth so far. I thought everyone would appreciate positive feedback.
