Ive been living here since 2023 and I absolutely love it! Maintenance is the best they’re fast friendly, and do amazing work. They just replaced my washer with a new one. Thank you guys for everything you’re the best

Roaches within a WEEK of moving in here? Insane. If I knew this was going to be an issue I wouldn’t have bothered moving in. Valley trash is inconsistent. Sometimes they take your trash, sometimes they don’t. A number of stray cats live on the property too, in the middle of the night you'll hear them fighting each other and they're not quiet. The front office staff are the only saving grace here, Michelle is great, but I still don’t recommend this place.

I just moved in and my new home, feels like home. No issues moving in the team has been great. The manager is fast to respond to questions and so friendly. I will refer anyone who asks.

Huge stray cat problem the year I’ve been here. Emailed office and nothing was done. Boxes with towels being left out for cats and food by residents. All the office does is send out a email - yeah that’s not gonna fix the problem 👍

Management and Maintenance has been a great asset to this residential property - they are willing to work with you and assist with any property needs. They've also done some major cosmetics to the property which makes it feel like you're at a resort. The first thing that catches your attention about the location is its pool - which they keep clean daily. I've been a resident for awhile and appreciate living here.
