Parkways Flat Apartments is horrible & not a place to be. Rims & tires are being stolen, also vehicles are being towed day in day out no matter the situations & condition of your vehicle, which the management don’t care how much you spent on getting your vehicle back from the storage facility. The current/new staff members are so rude & don’t have good understanding with the residents. With that being said I wouldn’t recommend this apartment for anyone..

This apartment complex is terrible. They are money hungry slumlords this includes the whole Lincoln property management company, everyone who works in the leasing office, the entire maintenance team and 99.9% of people that live here. Do not move into any of their buildings. Save yourself time, money, and frustration. Believe every one and two star review you see here. It’s all accurate. Remember the famous saying, “If everyone is saying the same thing, believe them.” Continue your apartment search. Have a nice day y’all! As for Parkway Flats/Lincoln Property Company do not respond to my review because you clearly do not really care about anyone decent who tries to live in/at your apartment complexes. You allow trash to move in and out your apartment complexes. You hire trash to deal with

I've been living here a year and half and even though that's not a long time, a lot has changed during that time frame. When I first moved in, things were fine. I was the only one living in my building so it was nice and peaceful. But then it started to fill up and get loud. I mean, LOUD. And management wouldn't really do anything about it. However, it seems as if a lot of the loud/disrespectful people have moved out and there is new management and staff that actually take action when you report a concern. There are still people that are loud at times, especially on weekend nights, but that's apartment living and it's not going to be quiet 100% of the time. 2 really awesome things about this complex: 1. I’ve been living here for only 2 weeks now and roaches were in the unit before I could even unload my belongings. I’ve contacted the leasing office multiple times regarding the issue and still roaches everywhere. I’m afraid to even furnish the apartment. They were in the refrigerator, behind the dishwasher, & even in the stove (like actually inside). I’m frustrated and pretty sure I need to see someone about the anxiety I’m getting from being here. And I’m pretty sure they’re ignoring my calls now. UPDATE: 8/6/2021-It's still ghetto here. The online payment system conveniently went down right before rent was due....& even though I made my payment BEFORE the system was scheduled to go down per the leasing office emails, my payment didn't go through apparently. I’ve been here going on 8 months and I truly love it. The staff is great , they have cute monthly events for the residents, and the apartment are fairly new so there isn’t much wear and tear. The walls are extremely thin but that is something I can get used to. The best part is how accommodating they have been during the COVID-19 pandemic. Extremely understanding, continuously giving updates, and coming up with creative stay at home activities. This is a great place to call home!
