Rose land is beautiful house

This neighborhood is amazing – it’s conveniently located near everything: Disney, Universal, shopping malls, the airport, and excellent supermarkets. The area also features beautiful surroundings and a great public park.

These homes went up pretty quickly. They look nice. Out front on the lake is a fountain but something's wrong because it's shooting up muddy water. I though maybe because it was new it would clean itself out, but it's been almost a year and it's still shooting muddy water. Looks like a chocolate milk fountain. While harmless, it makes me ask about attention to detail and the ability to fix something with a bad aesthetic. It doesn't look good and it makes the builder look bad. The location is next to the LBV High School, so if you don't mind kids, games, and band practice, you're good to go.

I love this condominium, very well located, easy access to all the main corridors of Orlando, it also has many restaurants, malls and stores nearby.

We built with Pulte in the neighboring Phillips Grove community - I leave this review strictly as a consideration for future customers of Pulte in the community. I would be cautious when considering Pulte. True that they’re a nicer home builder to work with, but they will play pretty typical games with you. They are your best friend up until handing over the keys, and they did do a great job with keeping us involved and informed on any delays or updates. However, they will hand you your keys, maybe play through following up a few times, but will never complete the projects they agree should be taken care of. My advice: have one of the adults in the home keep a list and call at the start and close of each week until the repairs are carried through. This will require time and effort, so a
